We provide twenty-four hour nursing care from a team of qualified nurses and carers. There are 50 members of staff, some of whom have been with us since we opened in 1983. We recruit high quality personnel, mainly from the Broadstone area, and provide a comprehensive induction and ongoing training programme, which ensures that the service quality and morale are high.

Appropriate training, development, appraisal and assessment schemes are in place for all levels of staff.
